Try a Full AI Medical Scribe Free. Really Free.

20 AI-generated clinical notes, free, over 14 days. No credit card. No feature gating — you get the entire app, not a crippled demo. The same scribe Cairo University faculty use in their clinics.

No card required  ·  ✓ 20 free notes, all features  ·  ✓ Nothing to cancel — it simply ends if you don't subscribe

Everything you get — for free

Most "free" medical AI trials cripple the product — limited features, no Arabic, no printing, no patient records. AI4Docs gives you the entire app.

20 free notes over 14 days

Enough to run real clinic days on it — not a 3-note teaser. Works on both AI4Docs and AI4Docs PRO, so you can trial either.

100+ input languages

Speak Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Hindi, code-switching mid-sentence — the AI handles it all.

13 output languages

Including formal medical Arabic with full RTL formatting. Generate notes in any language regardless of input language.

9 document types

First Visit, Follow-up, SOAP, Dictation, Recap, Medical Report, Referral Letter, Chat to Notes, Imaging Report.

AI 2nd Opinion

Differential diagnosis with probabilities, evidence for/against, red flags, suggested investigations. Educational decision support.

Bilingual letterhead printing

Print prescriptions, orders, medical reports, referral letters. Arabic right, English left, your logo center. A4 or A5.

WhatsApp chat → clinical timeline

Export any patient WhatsApp chat as ZIP. Drop it in. Get months of voice notes, text, and images organized as one structured clinical timeline.

Digitize handwritten notes

Photograph any old paper file. AI4Docs reads the handwriting and generates a structured clinical record.

Free unlimited editing

Edit Mode, Voice Update, Revert — all FREE and unlimited. No credit cost.

My Patient Records

Save notes to YOUR own Google Drive. Search patients with Arabic-aware fuzzy matching. Load previous visits for follow-up context.

Zero data storage

Patient data is processed in browser memory and never stored on AI4Docs servers. Your notes live in YOUR Google Drive.

GDPR-aligned + HIPAA-eligible cloud

ICO Registration ZC106163 (UK). Built on Google Cloud with signed BAA. No vendor lock-in.

Why do we give away 20 full notes with no card on file?

I'm a urologist. I built this app because I needed it in my own clinic. I know that doctors in Egypt, the Gulf, and across emerging markets cannot afford $99-250/month for an AI scribe — but they need one as much as anyone. Twenty free notes is enough to run real clinic days with real patients and every feature unlocked, so you can judge the app on your own cases before paying anything. If it helps you, plans start at $19/month. If it doesn't, you owe me nothing. — Prof. Dr. Alaa Meshref, Emeritus Professor of Urology, Cairo University

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the trial really free? What's the catch?

Yes, really. 20 notes over 14 days, no credit card, no catch. When the trial ends, generation pauses until you subscribe (from $19/mo) or buy a never-expire credit pack — your account and everything you saved stay yours either way. The free trial is funded by paid subscribers.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign in with Google or email/password. You get 20 notes immediately. We don't ask for a card unless you decide to subscribe or buy extra credits.

Are features locked during the trial?

No. Every feature is included — 100+ input languages, RTL Arabic, AI 2nd Opinion, bilingual printing, WhatsApp chat to notes, patient records on Google Drive, voice updates, edit mode. The trial even works on AI4Docs PRO. The only difference between trial and paid is the note count.

What counts as a "note"?

Each generation of a clinical note (First Visit, Follow-up, Dictation, Medical Report, etc.) uses 1 credit. Free actions that DON'T count: editing the note, voice updates, extracting prescriptions/orders, asking the AI questions about your note, copying, printing, sharing, Word export.

What happens when my 20 notes (or 14 days) run out?

Only new-note generation pauses — nothing is deleted, and My Patient Records (your free mini-EMR in your own Google Drive) stays fully yours. You can still open, search, and load every saved note, edit notes manually, update them by voice (Voice Update is always free), extract and print prescriptions and orders, and print or export. To generate new notes, subscribe to a plan ($19/mo for 100 notes, etc.) or buy extra credits ($10 for 40 notes or $25 for 100 — they never expire).

Is there a free AI medical scribe for medical students and residents?

Yes — the AI4Docs free trial works for students and residents exactly as it does for attending physicians: 20 notes over 14 days with every feature unlocked and no credit card. After the trial, low-volume users don't need a subscription — a $10 credit pack gives 40 notes that never expire, which suits students and residents who document a few cases a week for logbooks, case presentations, or rotations. My Patient Records (the mini-EMR in your own Google Drive) stays free forever regardless.

Where is my patient data stored?

If you use the My Patient Records feature, your notes are saved to your own Google Drive (in a Google Sheet you own). AI4Docs never stores your patient data on our servers. The audio you record is processed in memory and discarded immediately. We can't read your notes even if we wanted to — and the GDPR + ICO Registration require us never to.

Is AI4Docs really used by Cairo University faculty?

Yes. Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdelhakim (Professor of Urology, Cairo University · Director of Robotic Surgery, CHG), Prof. Dr. Walid Ebeid (Professor and Chairman, Orthopaedic Surgery Department, Cairo University), and Dr. Ahmed Salah (Lecturer of Urology, Cairo University) use it in clinical practice. Testimonials with photos are on our homepage.
