4-Input Documentation Strategy
Combine up to four input sections for the most comprehensive clinical documentation possible.
- ✓Patient Conversation — Ambient AI scribe that captures patient consultations in 100+ languages including all Arabic dialects, with automatic transcription.

- ✓WhatsApp Chat Date-Range Filter — A long patient chat, but you only need the recent part? For Chat to Notes, pick a range — last week, last month, last 3 months, or from any date to today — and only the messages and attachments in that range are used. The cutoff is shown as an explicit date (D/M/YYYY), the older history never leaves your browser, and the same filter applies when you run an AI 2nd Opinion on the chat.
- ✓Previous Visits — Paste text, upload up to 20 files (PDFs, images, .docx), or record audio. AI uses these as context for continuity of care in follow-up consultations.
A separate AI prompt bar in the centre panel (just above the note) lets you steer the AI with short instructions like "Write as an operative note" or "Focus on renal dosing" — type or dictate via the mic icon on the bar.
