My Patient Records turns your own Google Drive into a searchable patient-record system — save every AI-generated note to the right patient, load previous visits into follow-ups with one tap, attach clinical images, track visit fees, and search your entire practice. New: book appointments in a day view, give your secretary her own restricted front-desk login — she runs the bookings and the payments, you run the medicine — and watch the day's money in a live 💰 view: collected, outstanding, and who still owes, settled with one tap. Included free with every AI4Docs account, even the trial. Yours forever.
✓ No credit card · ✓ Your own Google Drive — not our servers · ✓ Keeps working even without a subscription
Solo practitioners worldwide run their clinics on paper or scattered files because a full EMR is overkill and $20–200/month. This is the middle path — and it's free.
Every note saves to a Google Sheet you own. AI4Docs can only touch the one sheet it creates — it cannot see the rest of your Drive, and we never store your records on our servers.
A clean day view of your bookings with tap-to-update status — booked, arrived, seen. Search a patient and book them in seconds, book the follow-up straight from their record, and see at a glance which slots are free. When a new patient arrives, one tap turns the booking into a patient record — no-shows never clutter your registry.
Generate an invite code, and your secretary gets her own restricted login: she books, edits, marks arrivals, and records payments on your appointment book — and nothing else. She never sees your clinical notes, and her account can never generate notes or spend credits. One code covers all your secretaries, across all your clinics. The board stays live across devices — what she enters shows up on your screen without a refresh.
Every booking can carry a fee, currency, method, and a paid / pending / partial status. The 💰 view shows collected and outstanding totals per currency — today, this week, this month, or any range — plus a tap-to-settle list of who still owes, a per-patient table you can group by site, visit type, method, status, or month, and a one-tap CSV export that opens cleanly in Excel, Arabic included.
Find patients by name, phone, or date of birth. Arabic search matches regardless of hamza, yaa, or alef-maksura spelling — the search other tools get wrong.
Open a patient, tap Send to Previous Visits, and up to 15 of their saved notes flow into your next generation — the AI tracks what changed since last time.
Attach ultrasound stills, endoscopy photos, or scanned reports to any saved note (tap or drag & drop). Print the note with its images embedded, two per row.
Optional per-visit fields — site, fee and currency, patient type, visit type, payment status and method — saved to your own sheet. They prefill from the day's booking, sync back to it, and feed the 💰 money view. Your books, your data.
Search every note you've ever saved by date range, gender, age at visit, free text, visit site, note type, even day of the week. Export a patient's full timeline as one PDF.
Print a saved note, its prescription, or its orders directly from the patient's record — with your bilingual letterhead, on A4 or A5.
It's a standard Google Sheet. Open it in Google Drive, filter it, export it, share it with your accountant — with or without AI4Docs.
Standalone patient-record tools with search, attachments, and reporting typically sell for $20+/month. We include ours free — with every plan and even the free trial — because a doctor whose records live happily in AI4Docs generates their notes in AI4Docs. You get a record system you own outright; we earn the note generation. Fair trade. — Prof. Dr. Alaa Meshref, Emeritus Professor of Urology, Cairo University

Connect Google Drive from the My Patient Records panel (one tap, one consent screen). The app creates its sheet in your Drive.
Save your first note. Generate a note, tap Save, pick or add the patient — done. Your mini-EMR grows with every visit.
Yes. My Patient Records comes with every AI4Docs account — trial, subscribed, or unsubscribed. If your trial ends and you don't subscribe, your records stay fully accessible: open, search, load, print, edit manually, voice-update, and extract prescriptions and orders — all free. Only generating new AI notes requires credits.
In your own Google Drive, as a standard Google Sheet you own. AI4Docs uses Google's drive.file scope — the app can only access the specific sheets it creates, nothing else in your Drive. We never store your patient records on our servers. Appointments live in a second, separate sheet in your Drive — and that appointment book is the only sheet your secretary is ever given access to; your clinical records sheet is never shared.
Nothing happens to your records. They're in your Drive, and the free actions (search, print, manual edit, voice update, prescription/orders extraction) keep working. Subscribe again any day and new-note generation resumes on the same records.
Yes — your secretary gets her own front-desk login. Open Appointments, tap the 👥 button, enter her Gmail, and give her the invite code it generates. She signs up with her own account, enters the code once, and from then on she sees only the appointment book: she can book, edit, mark arrivals, and record payments, but she can never open your clinical notes and her account can never generate notes or spend credits. The Google Sheets themselves are also ordinary Drive files you own — share the finance columns with your accountant like any spreadsheet.
It's deliberately a mini-EMR: patient registry, longitudinal notes, appointments with a front desk, payment tracking with a live money view, attachments, and research search — the 90% a solo practice actually uses, with none of the enterprise complexity. If you already run a full EMR, AI4Docs works alongside it (copy notes across in one tap).
Start with the 20-note free trial — the mini-EMR with appointments and a front desk is included from day one and stays yours forever.
