Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features and 20 notes included. You pay $0 today to start your trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial period ends - cancel anytime before then.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

• First-time subscribers within 30 days of initial payment
• Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing service use that cannot be resolved

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Subscriptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period
• Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
• Temporary service interruptions under 24 hours
• Issues arising from user error or incompatible systems
• Violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@ai4docs.ai within 30 days of your initial payment
2. Include your account email and order number
3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

4. Refund Processing

• Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to the service until your billing period ends
• No refunds are provided for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

6. Service Credits

In cases of extended service disruption, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

• 1 day credit for each 24-hour period of complete service unavailability
• Credits are applied to your next billing cycle
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Pricing Changes

If we increase our subscription prices:

• Existing subscribers maintain their current rate for 12 months
• 30 days advance notice will be provided before any price increase
• You may cancel without penalty if you disagree with price changes
